work will begin without deposit
A
minimum deposit of
50% is required at
time specimen is received.
Deposits are non-refundable and considered handling, shop, prep, and
storage fees. Any animal in our possession without a deposit after 90
days becomes the property of Smiley’s Taxidermy and may be
sold,
mounted or disposed of without notification or compensation to the
customer.
All game must be legally taken and tagged. We are not responsible for
loss or damage in tanning or transit. We are not responsible for losses
due to fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters or mechanical
failures.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes and substitutions in
order to complete your mount. If this results in additional charges, we
will attempt to notify you prior to making any changes.
Upon completion, the full balance is due and mount must be picked up
within 30 days of notification. If the balance has not been paid within
30 days, client will be charged $25 per month/per mount for storage.
After 90 days, mount may be placed for sale for the balance of charges
due. No mount leaves until all charges are paid in full.
Please note that you have not been promised a completion date. Any
completion date you may have been given is approximate, since many
factors may affect our work. |
